A Word from Author
Rachel believes that good nutrition and regular exercise are the keys to boosting mood, improving relationships, and embracing self-love. She spent the first couple years of college struggling with eating on a budget, cooking nutritionally complete meals for herself, and making it through her workouts without crashing. Since then, she’s been dedicated to helping clients make seemingly small, easy changes to their current diet, leading to big improvements in their lives.
