Experience
Gaby has been working at a family health center and providing nutrition services to the entire lifespan for 5 years. Gaby counsels adult and teen patients who struggle to manage weight, Diabetes, heart disease, and other chronic diseases.
Gaby also provides expecting mothers with nutrition and breastfeeding education to help them get off to the best start with caring for themselves and their offspring. Gaby has experience counseling families of children with picky eating, autism, ADHD, and food allergies.
Education
Gaby graduated from Saint Louis University with a Master’s in Medical Dietetics with an emphasis in Pediatric Nutrition. She completed her dietetic internship through Saint Louis University also with an emphasis on Pediatric Nutrition and spent much time rotating through children’s hospitals and clinics.
Her favorite thing about meeting with patients is getting to watch them find peace and joy in bettering their health. She is very passionate about helping mothers remember their well-being matters too.
